Guanoxan

Guanoxan is an alpha-2 adrenergic antagonist that has been used primarily to treat hypertension. By blocking alpha-2 receptors, it promotes the dilation of blood vessels, thereby reducing blood pressure. However, it is not commonly used today and has been largely replaced by newer, more effective antihypertensive agents with fewer side effects.
